Olivia wandering in the wilderness...

I have no clue how to work this thing. It's very cornfusing, and, I feel, a big impediment to our progress.. Maybe I'm just dense. I can't tell who's posting, what, how, when , where. Jen, maybe you need to pop in and get us organized? Moderate? HELP!
