I think I just fell down

the Rabbit hole 'cos I'm not Kansas anymore.

Is Mr. Pink from "Reservoir Dog's"? Doesn't matter, just curious.

I'm happy and feel privileged to be here. I'll do my best not to overstay my welcome.

Just tossing some spaghetti on the wall to see if it sticks. When Jenn first mentioned this project the beginning of an idea I had was on the order of creative non-fiction. Although we have created some very fertile common ground amongst ourselves since signing on to this wagon train (The Eye), I suspect our backgrounds, and all the things that have shaped us up to the point of doing all of this i.e., a) ordering an owner's manual, b) being drawn into it via the narratives to the point of c) actually making a purchase. And then, and this was a huge "and then" taking a leap of faith by by responding to the daily topics and then feeling safe enough to share our beliefs, our convictions, hopes, fears, regrets and best moments with each other.

I know I'm wandering a bit here, just struggling to give it a bit of a skeleton but what fuels my imagination a bit is standing back and revealing what each of our expectations had been at the onset of participating at the eye, how they have matched up with how we feel about it now, and what have we gained from it besides interesting discussion and viewpoints.

Speaking for myself, except for my career I was probably more comfortable keeping a low profile in regards to my opinions and beliefs (you know.... the not so safe stuff). Now I need a gag at times.

Just to summarize what I tripped all over myself trying to say:
- Before the catalog
- The catalog and why
- transformation to loyal readers and customers
-signing on to the Eye/participating/expectations
- analyze, the good, the bad and the ugly
- where do we hope this takes us.

I see holding too 'core' truths throughout' enhanced by any embellishments that may give it some added curb appeal.

Just a strand of undercooked spaghetti tossed at the wall. I'll figure out how to navigate around the rabbit hole and catch all of your ideas. So glad to be working with you folks.

John
